PURPOSE: Intergovernmental Services Agreement for animal control transport services between Snohomish County and the City of Granite Falls.
BACKGROUND: The City of Granite Falls desires to enter into an agreement for animal transport services with Snohomish County to the Everett Animal Shelter. Transport services include pick up and transport of impounded animals from the City of Granite Falls to the Everett Animal Shelter. All costs for animals delivered to the shelter by the county on behalf of the City of Granite Falls shall remain the responsibility of the City of Granite Falls.
