PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE IS TO AUTHORIZE FACILITIES TO TRANSFER TASK ASSIGNMENT FROM FACILITIES TO PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE REMITTANCE OF PAYMENT OF THE ADDITONAL COST OF THE SURVEY
BACKGROUND: The DNR Dock Lease has been on holdover since it expired in 2015 and requires a new lease. DNR requires a new survey. DNR came back with requirements to delineate the bedlands and shoreland on the survey, which requires the surveyor to make another site visit for additional measurements which exceed the original scope cost. The cost is $1,300.00 and there only remains $400. Transfer of the TA is required for remittance of payment for the additional survey.
