PURPOSE: To authorize amending the TA to expand the scope of work for DNR’s additional survey requirement for determining the bedlands and shorelands boundary
BACKGROUND: The DNR Dock Lease has been on holdover since it expired in 2015 and requires a new lease. DNR requires a new survey. DNR came back with requirements to delineate the bedlands and shoreland on the survey, which requires the surveyor to make another site visit for additional measurements which exceed the original scope cost. The cost is $1,300.00 and there only remains $400.
