PURPOSE: Approval of the Service Contract Competition Waiver Form for WSACE and NACE annual dues for 2025.
BACKGROUND: Washington State Association of Counties of Engineering (WSACE) and National Association of County Engineers (NACE) serves the counties of Washington State. WSACE/NACE provides a variety of services to its member counties, awareness of the latest innovations in engineering technology, best practices, management systems, and software, and a forum to network.
• This service is for WSACE/NACE Annual Dues. Per SCC 3.04.203 competition for subscriptions, dues, memberships, professional accreditation, and certificates from industry-specific professional and trade organizations can be waived with Executive approval.
• Dues for 2025 total $18,584.00
