PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement is to provide critical, professional investment advisory reporting and evaluation services that are necessary for the investment officer to perform their daily tasks.
BACKGROUND: A periodic review of the investment portfolio by an outside party is a good business practice. This review will continue to provide the Treasurer feedback on the current investment strategy.
