PURPOSE: Report to WA State Dept of Ecology regarding Eastview Village discharge.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County is required to submit reports to the WA State Department of Ecology under Special Condition S4.F of the Municipal Stormwater Permit WAR04-4502 when the County obtains credible, site-specific information indicating that a discharge from its municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) is causing or contributing to a known or likely violation of state water quality standards in a receiving water. Attached is the report for County Executive Dave Somers’ signature due to DOE 11/12/2025.
