PURPOSE: Executive signature on Hold Harmless Agreement that allows Snohomish County to conduct helicopter operations during regional exercises at the Arlington Airport.
BACKGROUND: Over the past couple of years, Snohomish County has participated in regional disaster exercises at the Arlington Airport. The most recent exercise was in July of this year and the Hold Harmless Agreement for that exercise was approved under ECAF 2025-0919. This Hold Harmless Agreement is an updated version required by the Arlington Airport covering the period of November 1, 2025 through November 1, 2026. The next scheduled exercise is to occur on November 18th, 2025.
