PURPOSE: County is requesting a fee quote for an Appraisal Review using the standards set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) publication. County is requesting a fee quote for an appraisal update of the original revised appraisal dated 7.25.25.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Parks and Recreation is planning to improve and potentially expand Martha Lake Park in Lynnwood and is interested in acquiring the property adjacent to the Park. The owner is a Willing Seller. The County has applied for RCO Grant Funding for this project. The original appraisal requires updating being that it has been over a year.
