PURPOSE: Manatee Coast Consulting will provide Snohomish County with a comprehensive user guide for the Seattle UASI THIRA/SPR survey and dashboard.
BACKGROUND: The user guide will include but is not limited to the general overview of Survey123 Connect, the technical breakdown of the Seattle UASI THIRA/SPR Survey, dashboard information, and export results. The information provided should be sufficient enough that any person familiar with ArcGIS / Survey123 can update the survey and understand the technical structure of the survey.
