PURPOSE: Submitting cover letters for the Mariner and Ash Way Centers regional growth center applications with the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) for Executive Somers to sign.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County is submitting joint applications with the Cities of Mill Creek, Everett, and Lynnwood to designate the Mariner and Ash Way Centers as regional urban growth centers with Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC). The cover letters will be submitted with the applications. The applications are due to PSRC on September 26, 2025.
