PURPOSE: To approve and execute professional services agreement with Seattle Parks Foundation for Regional Trails Coalition
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County is a participant in the Leafline Trails Coalition’s (Coalition) and supports its efforts to develop strategy and vision, support aligned activities, establish shared practices, build public will, and advance policy. The Seattle Parks Foundation through their subcontractor, will grow awareness and support for the Leafline Trails Network vision, pursue a broad range of funding opportunities, and support the return of Coalition working groups. This Agreement is the product of County RFP No. 25-0421LY. The insurance requirement has been waived by the Risk department.
