PURPOSE: The Sound Foundation for Public Health will conduct a landscape analysis and develop a community violence reduction plan on behalf of Department of Commerce.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to the grant agreement between the County and the Washington State Department of Commerce (“Commerce”), the County is organizing a Community Safety Council (“CSC”) on behalf of Commerce to conduct a landscape analysis and develop a community violence reduction plan. Sound Foundation for Public Health SFPH) will assist the CSC with drafting and approving a charter, as contemplated in the Commerce grant agreement.
