PURPOSE: Approving Amendment 1 to Professional Services Agreement for Legal Services - SAF Center with Pacifica Law Group, LLP, not to exceed $30,000.
BACKGROUND: On March 25, 2025, Snohomish County went into agreement with Pacifica Law Group, LLP to retain an attorney to provide legal advice and representation to the county on legal questions related to the County’s development of a sustainable aviation fuel research and development center (“SAF center”). This Amendment 1 increases the contract amount by $10,000, with a total agreement of not to exceed $30,000.
