PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 19 to Lincoln Construction, Inc
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The City of Edmonds building inspector noticed the existing enclosures for the exhaust fans are not properly taped or supported to provide the minimum fire-resistance per the code during a pre-inspection conference. The exhaust fans will be removed and reinstalled to allow the contractor to apply fire taping and provide additional supports.
