PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 18 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Portions of the existing parapet cap have been identified as the source for long term water infiltration into the building's exterior framing. The removal of the existing cap, and installation of a properly formed cap should eliminate these leaks for the foreseeable future.
