EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and sign Amendment No. 2 of a grant subaward agreement with Adopt-A-Stream to update Appendix B - Budget.
BACKGROUND: As part of the grant award from NOAA, the County executed sub-award agreement with Adopt-A-Stream Foundation for the Woods Creek Restoration project in the amount of $1,372,980.00 on August 23, 2023. Amendment No. 1 to the sub-award agreement was executed on Jan 26, 2024 to incorporate the updated grant terms, summary information from the NOAA grant, and revised budget tables and project costs by category. Amendment No. 2 is updating Appendix B to correct a budget calculation and does not increase the original contract amount. The balance remaining on this sub-award agreement is $155,078.58 as reflected in the table below.
