PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 12 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The City of Edmonds is requiring new landscape areas to offset the new impervious paving area created by the new sidewalk connecting the front doors to the public right-of-way. Addition drywall demolition has been required to exposed and remove the damaged fire protection system. This work was completed on a time and materials basis. The contractor has provided the backup documentation attached to the change order showing these were the actual quantities used for the work.
