PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 11 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The plan review for the plumbing trade review permit is requiring floor drains in the new, residential laundry rooms.
