PURPOSE: Executive Approval for Grant Modification #1 To Increase 2024 HIDTA Funding
BACKGROUND: The 2024 HIDTA grant award G24NW0001A, supports the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force. Total award amount prior to modification #1 was $168,078.00. The Snohomish Regional Drug Task made a $5,000.00 discretionary funding request to HIDTA. This discretionary funding will support an Undercover Training Course organized by the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force. The $5,000.00 will cover instructor travel and accommodations for the course. Modification #1 increases G24NW0001A award amount to $173,078.00 a total increase of $5,000.00. There is no match required for this grant. At this time the Sheriff is requesting Executive approval of the 2024 HIDTA grant award G24NW0001A modification #1 increase in the amount of $5,000.00 to the full grant award of $173,078.00
