BACKGROUND: The County owns real property commonly referred to as the Centennial Trail. The Centennial Trail is made up of numerous separate parcels and includes tax parcel 28060700406900, which contains a 20' linear road known as Railroad Avenue and running parallel to the Centennial Trail trail corridor.
