PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 10 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Changes were made to the project after the bids were received. The changes include the jurisdiction requesting additional bicycle parking, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and damage found along exterior walls. Change Order 10 includes interior and exterior painting to address these changes and the additional bicycle racks.
