PURPOSE: To approve the contract for live duck races at the 2025 Fair.
BACKGROUND: An RFQ was sent out for live duck races for the fair. Duck Enterprises was awarded the contract. They were contracted for the fair last year. They will be at the fair August 21-31 only, with 4 educational and entertaining shows per day.
