PURPOSE: County Parks License Agreement for Weatherflow Inc., to install a weather station to report conditions at the park on the internet at http://datascope.weatherflow.com/.
BACKGROUND: Weatherflow had a weather station installed prior to the Kayak Point Development Project, to monitor and report the conditions at the Park. County required the equipment to be uninstalled during the new pier construction. The pier construction is completed and ready for Weatherflow to reinstall the weather station equipment back on the pier.
