EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 08 to Marpac Construction.
BACKGROUND: The County and Marpac Construction entered into an agreement on December 18th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Everett. The existing electrical to the light switches has open air between the conduit and the junction box. The city of Everett electrical inspector has requested this condition to be corrected to reduce the risk of a fire. The condition was hidden within the walls at the time of the pre-bid site walk
