EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To renew and execute the PSE Corridor License for Harvey Airfield located in the city of Snohomish.
BACKGROUND: County acquired the Puget Sound Energy (PSE) Corridor in Snohomish for the Snohomish River Regional Trail Project, to connect Everett to Snohomish in the future and later to Monroe. Included in the acquisition were licenses to use portion of the parcels acquired by adjacent property owners. One such license was for Harvey Airfield to use for parking and vehicle storage. The license expired and County decided to issue a new one-year license agreement with an option to extend for one additional year at the County’s sole discretion. The License was executed and the attached copy has been uploaded.
