PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 06 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. The electrical gear is a long lead item which is being expedited to meet the project schedule. The Operator (YWCA) requested a few more closed-circuit camera locations. The YWCA had not been selected as the operator at the time of the bid and had not had input on the layout at that time. The hollow metal door frames are showing rust and need to be painted.
