PURPOSE: To approve the contract for BMX freestyle shows at the 2025 Fair.
BACKGROUND: An RFQ was done, BMX Freestyle Team LLC was awarded the contract. They will provide 3 shows on weekdays, 4 on weekends, 20-25 minutes each. They will also provide USA 2028 Olympic Hopefuls & X-Games Medalist riders who will sign autographs. All specialized show equipment will be provided. BMX Freestyle Team LLC has signed the contract, and their insurance has been approved by Risk Management.
