EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 06 to Marpac Construction.
BACKGROUND: The County and Marpac Construction entered into an agreement on December 18th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Everett. Several changes to the documents occurred between the Bid Set and the Permit set. Abate additional asbestos containing materials only as required to complete the remodel. This abatement work will be completed on a Time & Materials basis and is intended to cover the work at the resident rooms in the back building.
