PURPOSE: To approve the contract with E3Ventures Inc. for entertainment for the 2025 Fair.
BACKGROUND: An RFQ was sent out to dinosaur exhibit companies. E3Ventures Inc. was awarded the contract for the 2025 Fair. They will provide 6,000 sq. ft. of dinosaur exhibits, rides, games, etc. in the Grandstands during the annual fair.
