PURPOSE: Obtain executive approval of Amendment No. 1 relating to the performance period.
BACKGROUND: In 2024, the Washington Association of Counties (WSAC) introduced the Energy Audit Grant Program, which provides reimbursable payments for energy audits and other work completed between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. In February 2025, the WSAC Energy Audit Grant Agreement was executed with an end date of June 30, 2025. An extension opportunity for the performance period was recently made available and requested by Facilities and Fleet.
