2025-2028 WorkSource Snohomish County System Partners Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

PURPOSE: The purpose of this MOU is to establish the services provided by WorkSource Snohomish County Partners in the WorkSource system, which includes the Everett WorkSource Center, and to establish how those services are provided and accessed, for the next three years (2025-2028).
BACKGROUND: As the local board for Snohomish County, the Future Workforce Alliance is directed by the WIOA Sec. 121 (a) (1) to, with the agreement of the County Executive, develop and enter into a MOU with partners in the WorkSource one-stop system. The current MOU was signed in 2022 and expires June 30, 2025. The MOU must be reviewed and signed at least once every three years. In 2025, WorkSource system partners reviewed and updated the MOU, attached, for the period 2025-2028. Through this MOU, the Partners have agreed upon the services offered in the Snohomish County workforce system, and have developed a model for how services will be delivered.
