PURPOSE: The purpose of this IFA is to establish the terms and conditions under which WorkSource partners will share infrastructure resources in performance of WorkSource Snohomish County System services at the Everett WorkSource Comprehensive One-Stop Center (One-Stop).
BACKGROUND: Through this IFA, the Partners have agreed upon a methodology for allocating costs related to the infrastructure and operations of the WorkSource Snohomish County System facilities. Through this IFA partners have also identified those costs related to the infrastructure of the WorkSource Snohomish County System facilities that are mutually beneficial and agreed upon as shared costs and included in the WorkSource Snohomish County System Operating Budgets.
