PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 17 of RFP-23-20SR with Washington Alarm.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County and Washington Alarm Inc. entered into an agreement on December 10, 2020, for Security & Fire Monitoring/Repair Services. During the term of the contract, 16 amendments have been processed for various additional services and the addition of new site locations. Amendment 17 seeks to replace the Security panel and increase Security monitoring for the Cathcart Impound lot.
