Title: ORAL MOTION Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Snohomish County Council 1) to authorize and approve the Specific Mutual Release Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) proposed to Snohomish County by Chicago Title Insurance Company, which executed Settlement Agreement would result in the payment to the County of $124,031.38, for previous awards of litigation attorney fees to the County, and 2) to authorize the County Executive, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, to sign the documents necessary to memorialize and effectuate the Settlement Agreement. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
