Title: ORAL MOTION Vice-Chair Mead made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $106,646.00 relating to the statutory claim for damage filed by Adrian Stubblefield, received by the County Risk Management Division on July 22, 2022, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
