Snohomish County, et al, US District Court for the Western District of Washington Cause 2:20-cv-01665-RSM, as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney.
