PURPOSE: Revises Snohomish County Code 2.300.090 so that annual Board of Health Chair and Vice Chair elections are not required to take place in January
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Code 2.300.090 Board of Health Established states that the Board of Health Chair and Vice Chair will be elected annually in January. The member with the Association of Snohomish County Cities and Towns is appointed in January. This code change allows this appointee to participate in Board elections.
