PURPOSE: To acquire a temporary easement for installation of a culvert

 

BACKGROUND: The Department of Stormwater Facility Management-Parks desires to acquire a temporary easement to install a culvert to clear current and future blockage of a natural runoff of stormwater into Martha Lake. The Department of Stormwater Facility Management - Parks needs to access a ten-foot by ten-foot portion of a neighboring property owner and to penetrate the common chain link fence separating the two properties for installation of culvert.
