PURPOSE: Electronic Submittal by Snohomish County Marine Resources Advisory Council (MRC) 2023 Annual Report to Snohomish County Council.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Marine Resources Advisory Committee (MRC) is authorized by Snohomish County Code Chapter 2.800.020 to advise the County Council and Executive on marine issues. The thirteen-member committee represents diverse interests including local governments, tribes, economic, environmental and conservation interests. Snohomish County Code 2.800.030 Duties and responsibilities requires the MRC report annually to the county council and executive on its activities and progress in achieving its goals.
