PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation 24-002JM
BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued for the improvement of for Disposal, Moderate Risk Waste on behalf of the Public Works, Solid Waste Division. The County seeks to dispose of moderate risk waste, gathered from various sites in Snohomish County and packaged at the Snohomish County MRW Facility, to certified disposal facilities.
