PURPOSE: For Council to officially declare the intent to use tax-exempt bond proceeds to reimburse expenses incurred by SNO911.
BACKGROUND: This motion allows for SNO911 reimbursement for expenditures related to the SNO911 facilities project from the bond proceeds to be issued later this year.
