PURPOSE: Award Recommendation for SW-22-010DW Weatherization Assistance Program
BACKGROUND: The Small Works process was utilized for this Program which provides energy efficiency and related repair improvements for low-income residents. These services may include reglazing or replacing windows, improving insulation, replacing, or improving doors, improving air infiltration (weatherstripping, closures, dampers, ducts, and hoods), replacing, or improving hot water heaters, mechanical ventilation exhaust systems, lighting, and Smoke and/or Carbon Monoxide Detectors.
