PURPOSE: To confirm the appointment of Fred Schoenbachler to Diking District No. 12, Position No. 3
BACKGROUND: Diking District No. 12, has a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners in Position No. 3 due to the passing of Cliff W. Henning. Snohomish County Council received written notice on March 9, 2022, of Mr. Henning’s passing and the recommendation of Fred Schoenbachler, a longtime resident and farmer, living within the boundaries of Diking District No. 12.
